With no snow and wind at 30 mph (with gusts up to 85 mph), we skipped skiing again today. Instead, we went for a ride on a paddelwheeler, the M.S. Dixie II. It was amazingly rough on the way over to Emerald Bay - must have been 6 ft waves. Very unusual conditions for the lake. We still had a lovely time... the wave action also made the conditions just right for rainbows! Hooray!
