Against Me are Florida hometown heroes which explains the sound of the entire State Theatre singing "Don't Lose Touch" - pretty amazing experience. Sadly, the pit was nuts so I only shot a few pics from the floor. One of the few times I have wished there was a press walk so mostly shots from the balcony this time... :(

Evan Dando of the lemonheads played a solo show on 2.12 at Crowbar in Tampa... I used to be really into the lemonheads in highschool. I remember flying home to Dublin playing their records on repeat on my trusty discman. So while it probably shouldn't have been a surprise that I remembered the words to most of the songs, it kinda was to me. It was awesome how many of my music snob friends were also there singing along. good stuff.
